Gripworx Terms of Sale

By accessing or using websites or services, or the mobile versions of either, (collectively the “Website”) you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Agreement”) and any other applicable law. GRIPWORX may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to the Website. You agree to review these Terms of Use regularly to make yourself aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Website shall be considered your acceptance to the revised Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this Website.

Gripworx is wholly owned subsidiary of Gripworx Holdings Limited

 

TERMS OF SALE

Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering products online from GRIPWORX.

To place an order through our website, you must be at least 16 years old, or older if that is required under applicable law, to enter into an agreement with GRIPWORX, and a consumer, not a reseller.

You need an e-mail address to place an order.  If you experience any problems in placing your order on our website, you may need to set your browser to accept both (functional) cookies and pop-ups in order to be able to use all the functionalities of the website, which includes adding items to your shopping cart and submitting your order.

When you submit an order we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Our acceptance of the order takes place when the product(s) are shipped to you, at which time we will send you an email confirming that the product(s) have been shipped. At this point a contract, containing our terms of sale, comes into existence. This is binding on you and us and forms the contract of sale. We recommend that you print or download a copy of these terms of sale and the relevant order confirmation email for future reference.

If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in writing and will not process the order. If we are unable to fulfil the full order, we will fill as much of the order as current stock levels will allow. We will confirm what is available and being sent in our email confirmation, along with an estimate of the timescale to complete the full order (see also our Refunds Policy). You will only pay one shipping charge.

We retain title in any product(s) until we have received full payment for such product(s).

Note: for any custom apparel and custom socks, whereby custom is defined as changing the logo or out of the box design diversifying from Gripworx branded socks/logos, we do not offer refunds

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

If you pre-order goods with a launch date, then we will reserve your goods and hold the whole order until the day before the launch date. We will dispatch the pre-ordered goods via Next Day delivery the day before the launch date if delivery is within the UK.

 

RETURNS POLICY

CANCELLATION OF ORDER PRIOR TO DELIVERY

You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped. We begin processing orders immediately via our online shop. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately (see “Contact Us”). If successful we will send you an email confirmation. If the product has been despatched, you will need to return to us in its original packaging, and in an unused form. You will have to meet any return shipping costs.

If, for any reason, you wish to return a product and receive a refund (you have a 7 day period), please get in touch via email to concierge@gripworx.co.uk stating your reason for return. We will give you instructions on how best to return the product to us. Please note, that depending on the reason, you may be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us, and that the product should be returned using a ‘signed for’ tracking service. You are responsible for the product until it has been received, in good condition by Gripworx Holdings Ltd. We will look to issue a full refund within 7 days via the original method of payment on valid returns.

We do not accept returns and refunds on any socks or apparel that is customised with the customers own brand logo and team/business details.

POSSIBLE APPLICABLE TAXES AND DUTIES ON ORDERS

Once the package reaches its destination country any customs or import duties levied by the government of the destination country must be borne by the recipient.  This includes import taxes and other tax and costs such as any local tax, custom clearance charge, et al where applicable.

Gripworx Holdings Ltd accept no liability for any additional charges levied by the government of the recipient country. By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges the recipient accepts liability for any charges applied by their government (including, but not limited to taxes, duties, and holding fees ).

Gripworx Holdings Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and are subject to change. Gripworx Holdings Ltd would advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information prior to placing any order.

Gripworx Holdings Ltd will also not be liable for any further costs incurred because of customers refusing to pay the applicable customs charges and will charge accordingly for any charges incurred by Gripworx Holdings Ltd because of the recipient’s refusal to pay the applicable charge levied by Customs.

 

SHIPPING

The prices shown for standard delivery aim for next working day in the UK and between 3 and 9 days, depending where you are located internationally.  We have opted for the most competitive pricing, hence balancing the timescales, and ECO footprint where possible.  Please bear in mind that any delays in customs could add to these timescales, but are beyond our control.  If you do require a faster timescale, please email us at concierge@gripworx.co.uk and we will let you have your options and associated cost.
