What is the minimum order for custom grip socks?Generally our minimum for custom grip socks is 50 pairs per size and style. This means if you need two different sizes the total will be 2 x 50 pairs (100 pairs total). If you have an order of over 150 pairs, please contact us concierge@gripworx.co.uk so we can work something out

What is the production and delivery time for custom grip socks?Our production and delivery time is 30-60 days from payment. 98% of our custom orders arrive within 30 days, but world events can disrupt the supply chain from time to time.

What is your return policy for custom socks?All sales of custom grip socks are final, except in cases where the product is faulty. If you believe your custom socks have a defect or were damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue for faster processing.

Can I add my own logos and colours?Sure! You can send us your details and we can create a mock-up for you, free of charge

How does the design process work for custom grip socks?Start off by submitting the form on this page, then we will reach out to you within 48 hours to produce a mockup. Once the mockup is approved we send you an invoice, take payment and get on with producing your socks!
